POM Personal Safety Alarm

I was hesitant because it’s tiny, but the clip holds firm on my bag loop, and the sound cuts through traffic noise without me having to fumble for a button. It’s the kind of thing you hope you never need, yet I feel a lot better knowing it’s there.

It’s surprisingly loud for something this small—I tested it in my kitchen and my ears rang for a second. Clipping it onto my bag loop took no effort, and knowing it’s right there when I walk to my car at night gives me real peace of mind.

The clip mechanism is seriously solid—it hasn’t budged from my bag strap through a month of daily commutes. I’ve tested the alarm once in my living room and the sound was piercing enough to make my ears ring from three feet away, which is exactly the reassurance I needed.
